The retail price for the customers and the dealer’s purchase price are updated
yearly or when changes to our line are added or deleted. We offer graduated prices depending on the
quantity of products you order (per order). It is expected that the dealer respect the suggested
retail prices to keep the prices of OKM products on the market constant.
Payments to OKM are possible via wire transfer to our company account. Unless otherwise
provided by an agreement, the purchase prices shall be due immediately at the time
of ordering and they shall be paid prior to delivery. We recommend the distributor
to keep a minimum stock of 3 devices in his shop for demonstrations and to
guarantee a quick delivery to end users. Drop shipping for dealers is always an option
in the event that the item(s) is not in stock or has a back order status.
An initial purchase of 3 devices is required to be considered as an authorized dealer.
OKM provide a warranty of 2 years for goods delivered by us and other services. The repair is free of charge within this regular warranty period. After the expiration of the warranty period, you will receive an estimate of repair costs. The label stickers on each side of the device are warranty seals, and indicate that the device has not been opened. Any break, removal or damage to that seal terminates the factory warranty agreement.
OKM will ship the goods with international transportation service under insurrance. The receiver of those goods is responsible for all costs of delivery as well as local import fees.
The distributor is responsible to promote OKM products in their territory. Besides advertising our products in press, TV, radio we also require the dealer to set up a separate web presentation or Internet site.
The General Terms and Conditions of OKM in their respective version on which OKM bases its business transactions with other customers, shall apply to the individual businesses which will be transacted between OKM and the Authorized Dealer.
The distributor should be able to demonstrate all OKM products to customers and train them in using the devices. Also the distributor should give after sales support to all his customers. A technical knowledge about our devices (in theory and practice) is necessary that is why OKM recommends the dealer/distributor to visit the OKM factory (after arrangement) to receive a practical training on the usage of all devices.
