We have lowered the price for existing and new customers, you now have the option of buying a complete Worldwide ON-SITE Training package for your existing unit or receiving Worldwide ON-SITE Training with your new OKM detector. Please ask your dealer for more details. As always, support requests for scan modes, operation of the OKM metal detectors and software analysis for the Future Series and Visualizer 3D via E-Mail remain without costs.

Scan Analysis

Are you having a problem understanding a scan? If so, please send the unfiltered Visualizer 3D file (*.v3d) directly to our factory representative fcasser@okm-gmbh.de and he will get it analyzed. You will receive the results of your measurement and any other tips that may help with future scans. Customer service is one of our main goals and we are driven to satisfy.

When sending scan data, please be fairly descriptive of the scans. For example, length, width, soil and terrain of your scan area. Also send a minimum of three scans with the same starting and stopping point. The first two should be identical whereas the third scan should be from the side (rotated 90°).
